Returns & Exchanges:

At PlzrrHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened, unworn, and undamaged items with tags attached.

Here's what you can do if you need to return or exchange an item:

• Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at sales@plzrrhub.com
• Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability, we'll be happy to help.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method 10 business days.

Please note:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
• We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
